This Canterbury Women's Elite First Layer is super easy to use. Just put it on before your training session. It will keep you dry and comfortable throughout. When it comes to maintenance, you can machine - wash it in cold water. Don't use bleach as it may damage the fabric. After washing, tumble dry on low. Keep in mind that this is a custom - made item, so handle it with care. The 8% elastane gives it stretch, but don't over - stretch it to avoid shape loss.
